Unless otherwise specified, all items listed for purchase or bid are brand new, in the box and never used brand named products.

Payment:
Payment is accepted in the form of Paypal, check or money order, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. We use Paypal Pro for its ease of use and ability to accept several forms of payment including credit cards, and electronic check. With Paypal Pro you will never leave our website to make payment. If paying by check or money order, your purchase will not be processed until the check or money order has cleared. If found to have insufficient funds, a $30.00 returned check fee will be charged to the account.

Tax:
It is the buyers responsibility for any state sales tax due to that buyers state for any purchase made from this site.
NJ state sales tax of 7% will be applied directly to the purchase price of a NJ state purchaser.

Shipping:
Shipping rates, free or otherwise, are to the continental United States only. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not included and will be charged accordingly.
